Why is the shop locked/sold out?
This means all order slots have filled up for the week. Shop reopens every Friday at 8 PM EST, unless my regulars fill up all my spots or stated otherwise. Please check my "UPDATES" highlight on my Instagram for the latest updates.

I'm a new client and would like to order a set.
I am not accepting new clients for custom and freestyle sets at this time. The designs on the site are available to everyone. All orders are on a first come first serve basis.

Do you accept custom nail orders?
Custom nail orders are for returning clients only. For more information on custom sets, please read the product description here.

I am a returning client but having a hard time placing an order for a design on the site.

How long do orders take to fulfill?
Right now my processing time is about 2 weeks, and shipping can be anywhere from 3-7 days (US)/7-21 (Canada)

How can I find what nail size fits best?
Please refer to my size guide on how to find your perfect size. A sizing kit is not required but highly recommended. please be mindful that there are no refunds for incorrect sizes.

My nail broke, doesn't fit, etc.?
I offer replacement nails for sale. Please message me on Instagram or through email before purchase so I know what nail needs to be replaced.

Can you rush my order?
Orders can be rushed by adding "rush my order" to your purchase. Reminder that this does not shorten shipping time, & express shipping is available at checkout.

Can I reuse my nails?
Yes! The nails are 100% reusable with the proper care and hygiene. Please avoid harsh chemicals and roughness on the nails, and care for them as fragile items. Re-apply and remove with the steps provided in packaging.

Can I return my set?
Since every set is custom and made to order, returns are not currently accepted. Thank you for understanding.

My package is lost/delayed?
Once a package is shipped it is out of my control. I am not responsible for anything that could be interfering with delivery on the buyers end (wrong address, missing apt #, unsuccessful deliveries due to gate codes, returning to sender due to ___, etc.) Delayed packages are expected during busier seasons. If your package is lost due to USPS issues, please message me and I will do my best to assist!
